Charter Commercial Mortgage is a founding member of the Strategic Alliance Mortgage LLC (SAM). SAM is a unique company owned by 20 members with offices in 35 cities and with 150 loan producers. Each member is a privately-owned commercial real estate investment/ mortgage banking firm. Members are located from coast to coast throughout the United States.
