If you are not yet an Approved Lender, we will contact you within 1 business day after we receive this request to assist you with completing the application process. The application process includes submitting a signed Loan Purchase Agreement, a signed Delegated Underwriting Agreement (if applicable), current audited financials, resumés, evidence of fidelity coverage, and investor references.
