Charter Bank Commercial Lending Adds to Executive Team
Santa Fe, N.M. (04/19/06) Charter Bank recently added a new loan professional to its commercial lending, loan production team. Steven Schol was appointed Vice President of Commercial Lending.
Well-known in the Albuquerque real estate lending, development, construction and investment community, he brings a wealth of underwriting knowledge and marketing experience to Charter.
Prior to joining Charter, Schol held executive positions in commercial lending divisions at several Albuquerque lending institutions. Most recently, he served as vice president/client manager for the home builder division of Bank of America. A New Mexico resident for more than 20 years, he received his bachelor's degree from Iowa State University.
