Charter Bank Promotes Jonathan De Leon to Assistant Vice President
Albuquerque, N.M. (07/31/06) Charter Bank announced that Jonathan De Leon has been promoted to assistant vice president by the Board of Directors.
Mr. De Leon joined Charter Bank as an intern during his senior year at Eldorado High School in January 2000. He has worked in several departments at Charter while pursuing his undergraduate degree at the University of New Mexico. He has received training as loan document assistant, loan system specialist, junior loan processor, loan originator trainee and in May of 2005 accepted a position as construction loan officer. "Jonathan has a strong grasp of the underwriting and approval process in several areas of the bank and has become a valuable and productive addition to the construction lending staff, with his bi-lingual expertise being a strong asset," said Shirley Scott, executive vice president. Jonathan received his Bachelor's Degree from the Anderson School of Management in 2004.
