Lyle Greenberg Promoted to EVP/Residential Mortgage Lending and Takes Over Reins of Charter Mortgage
Albuquerque, N.M. (05/24/06) Charter Bank⋅Mortgage⋅Insurance announced today it has promoted Lyle Greenberg to EVP, Manager of Residential Mortgage Lending and has given Susan Millspaugh additional responsibilities as Residential Mortgage Sales Manager under Mr. Greenberg.
In his new position, Greenberg will be responsible for all aspects of the mortgage company, a division that continues to represent considerable growth for the company.
"Lyle brings 23 years of mortgage experience to his new position, and I'm confident he will set and execute a strategy that will increase our momentum in this important business segment," said Glenn Wertheim, President and CEO of Charter Bank.
Greenberg will be responsible for the oversight of the operations and financial management associated with the mortgage company. His initial duties will also include the development of specific growth strategies for our existing and potential markets. He will report directly to Glenn Wertheim, President and CEO of Charter Bank.
Ms. Millspaugh will report directly to Mr. Greenberg for mortgage production. "Susan has over 20 years and a proven track-record in developing and leading highly successful sales organizations," said Greenberg. "She is the right seasoned professional to drive a very important part of our overall business."
