Susan Millspaugh Joins Charter Bank
as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications
Albuquerque, NM (02/07/05) Susan Millspaugh comes to Charter Bank with a unique combination of sales, marketing, finance and organizational expertise. With almost 20 years of executive-level experience in the financial services and customer care industries, she has built an impressive track record of increasing accomplishments and responsibilities.
At Discover Card/Novus Services, Susan rose from Assistant Vice President to holding several executive-level positions, including Vice President, Emerging Market Sales and Group Vice President, Relationship Marketing. While at the Faneuil Group, she was promoted to Senior Vice President, Client Services & Sales.
Most recently, she served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for APAC Customer Services, where she was responsible for corporate strategic position and sales development. In this role, she conceived and directed implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans for product, market and industry growth.
Throughout her career, she has been consistently recognized for her ability to identify market opportunities and develop product and sales strategies to exploit them. In addition, she has demonstrated a unique talent for establishing and leading diversified teams, cultivating strategic alliances and communicating goals and objectives.
Susan earned a Masters of Business Administration in marketing and finance from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Lake Forest, Ill. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with a Minor in Accounting, from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill.
