Charter Bank Has Appointed Len Seward as Residential Mortgage Loan Officer
Albuquerque, N.M. (03/27/06) Charter Bank has appointed Len Seward as residential mortgage loan officer.
Seward joined Charter Bank as a loan officer for the Charter Mortgage Home Finance Center in Albuquerque and has over twenty-five years experience in lending and banking. Most recently, he was assistant vice president, residential mortgage lending specialist, Lafayette Bank and Trust, in Lafayette, Indiana; vice president, Credit Union Mortgage Service, Albuquerque, New Mexico; and assistant vice president, United New Mexico Bank, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Seward is a graduate of School of Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Bankers Association at Northwestern University, and a graduate of the American Institute of Banking. He is a past president of the New Mexico Mortgage Bankers Association and has held leadership positions in Business Network International, Lafayette Board of Realtors, Affordable Housing Foundation of New Mexico and Neighborhood Housing Services.
