Charter Bank Elects Santa Fe Bank President and Senior Vice President
Santa Fe, NM (05/06/05) The Charter Bank Board of Directors has elected C. William (Bill) Synnamon to the office of Santa Fe Bank President and J. Wayne Miller to Senior Vice President.
"We are fortunate to have these two seasoned banking professionals joining the Charter Bank team in Santa Fe," said Shirley Scott, Executive Vice President and COO of Charter Bank.
Bill Synnamon will manage the Bank's Santa Fe operation. He comes to Charter from Century Bank in Santa Fe, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of Commercial and Real Estate Lending. Bill's commitment to the Santa Fe community is evidenced by his involvement in many local organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Lensic Performing Arts Center and has previously served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Santa Fe Children's Museum, Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Boys & Girls Club, Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Santa Fe Community Housing Trust, and Campaign Chair of the United Way of Santa Fe 2000 Campaign.
Wayne Miller will concentrate most of his efforts on construction lending, but will also be involved in commercial lending. He also comes to Charter from Century Bank in Santa Fe, where he was Senior Vice President in charge of Land Development and Construction Finance. A native New Mexican, he grew up in Espanola. His community activities include member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Community Housing Trust, active involvement with the Santa Fe County 4-H, and past Treasurer of the Santa Fe Home Builders.
